Custom Made Clouds will float above the roof top of Central Geelong. Custom Made Clouds will include"HappyCloud" , a Public Artwork originally conceived by British Artist Stuart Semple in 2009 when he flooded the city of London's skyline with Smiley faced clouds in an attempt to raise the spirit of Recession Bitten Londoners.  Subsequently the performance has been repeated in Milan as part of The Salon Del Mobile, for The Night of The Museum in Moscow and in Ireland. The global reach of HappyCloud caused the artist to be awarded a Happiness Hero medal at the House of Lords in London as part of The International Day of Happiness.

HappyCloud in Geelong will be the first time the piece has been staged in Australia - as such symbolises becoming part of the global Happiness movement.
