Caisson is a disruptive projected artwork that redefines a laneway space in central Geelong. From key vantage points the work creates a trompe l'oeil that changes the way people view and interact with the banal spot chosen for this work. Artist Joel Zika invites participants to explore this fantastic mural projection as they manoeuvre through the streets of Geelong, people will be entranced as abstracted forms break through the grey brick facade.

To “unfix their earthbound root”, the International Actors Ensemble – a multinational, multilingual theatre company formed at Shakespeare’s Globe in London – after tours in Mexico and South Korea continue their journey by traversing “this goodly frame, the earth” through Australia, with a series of sonnets, monologues, and scenes from the Bard."
