The Connecting Song Project (a component of the award-winning arts walk, Mountain to Mouth) is an initiative of the Arts & Culture Department of the City of Greater Geelong.
Three well-known Australian musicians with strong ties to Geelong each select a local unsigned act to mentor through the process of writing, recording and filming a clip.
Adalita from Magic Dirt was joined by Mick Thomas (Weddings Parties Anything ) and Mark Wilson (Jet) to guide Chloe St Claire, Jack Meredith and band Alby Jay through the process of writing, recording and filming a clip. Each song is a homage to the mountains, the city and the beaches they all call home.
The clips will premiere at Geelong After Dark Friday 3 May 2019, Moorabool St end of Lt Malop St.
