Clear the AirCourtney Ward
KUBU Studio presents a pop up hypnotic video installation created by local artist Courtney Ward, aka Wallflower. The piece explores the entrancing ability of the element Air and how it connects all living things. Sheer and penetrable walls confine the ‘self’ and act as a fragile barrier from the ‘other’. The light bulges at the seams of the cage-like structure, alluding to the domination of the internal self over the body.
