A pop up art installation

A nice place to live is one that is vibrant, harmonious and safe. The sanctity of such is at jeopardy both here in Geelong and in Melbourne as the ICE epidemic continues to increase. The art sign flickers “NO” and “ICE” — phonetically the word NOICE, Aussie slang for nice.
