Boomulele is a new street band based in the Latrobe Valley consisting of percussionists and ukulele players who are keen to learn and play simple grooves.

Havana Palava is a street band which plays around Melbourne and regional Victoria at festivals and community events. Our music is a lively, eclectic mix of African-Carribean-gypsy-klezmer- blues.

The Zampoñistas are Australia’s premier Bolivian Pan Pipe Marching Band. (Not much competition, you say!). Their act is unique. They are not your usual panpipe band that you might see busking in the City Mall. The haunting tones of the Andean panpipes and a heartbeat of percussion create a swirling, syncopated, high energy chorus of sound, the sounds of the Inca realm.

Based in South Gippsland, Invy Horn Jam is a wonderfully sticky confection of vibrant brass, sax and percussion street band music.

The Geelong Memorial Brass Band Incorporated formed in 1946 as
“A living memorial to the fallen”.
Many of the band’s performances throughout the year are centred on Remembrance services and Community events around Geelong. We encourage our audience to sing and dance to the popular tunes performed on the night.

Kyneton Street Band is a community band featuring marimbas, brass and percussion that brings fun and a funky repertoire to the Macedon Ranges & District area. You may have seen them in the recent Daffodil Festival parade with their colourful costumes, crazy antics and the exciting sound of marimbas, percussion, brass and woodwind instruments and thought, “Gee, that looks like fun.” According to seven-year-old Lillian (tuba) and seventy-two-year-old Peter (trumpet), fun is just the beginning. And the band is actively seeking people of all ages to join them in this great adventure.

The Fabulous Meltones are an all-inclusive, singing, shouting, crooning, dancing, toe tapping band of all ages, ethnicities, genders and abilities. Instruments are provided or BYO! Come along for the ride!

Pop into Flukes Chill Out Space, have a relax and be entertained by some of Geelong’s amazing young musicians and look at some beautiful artwork from Metal Art & Design before moving onto the rest of the night.
The local area has such a rich street art culture and as we continue to use artwork to elevate customer experience, this beautiful mural now welcomes customers to Westfield Geelong. The vibrant mural was inspired by flora and fauna native to the Geelong area – the Silver Banksia and Grey Butcherbird, while the colours were chosen to pop against the red brick, bringing energy to our entrance and exciting customers as they begin their experience with us.
Follow wondrous light filled fireflies into the National Wool Museum to experience the world’s most spectacular nature photography exhibition, Wildlife Photographer of the Year 54, with a sound and light encounter not to be missed. Blink and it’s gone.
